[GUFSC] Dúvida com o LaTeX

Bom dia!!!

Eu acabei de fazer a instalação do latex no meu computador e ainda estou 
aprendendo como usá-lo. Não estou conseguindo escrever em português, sei 
que preciso instalar a "pacackage" babel, mas a minha programação não está 
reconhecendo esse pacote.

Você pode me ajudar?
