[GUFSC] Video4Linux Grab

Esse projeto pode ser plugado no MPlayer e no FFServer de
modo a dar possibilidades de se gravar v=EDdeos da placa, de
se poder montar um servidor de v=EDdeo para transmiss=E3o
simult=E2nea de v=EDdeo e etc.
